Welcome
Hello
Space Fans!
Space and astronomy is such a fascinating subject for me that
nearly everything I do has some elements of starry wonder in it.
Writing the monthly Beginners' Guide and Observing Challenge feature
for the BBC
Sky At Night magazine is a good example of weaving astronomy into
"life".
Then my books, Simple Stargazing and Anton Vamplew's Stargazing
Secrets have also allowed me to share my passion for the subject.
Another way of getting astronomy out there is when I visit schools,
sometimes dressed as an astronaut (yes, I'm Captain Cosmos!). You can
find out more from Planetarium:EARTH.
A spot of TV and Radio mostly when events unfold "up there"
and my true space world is complete. I have a few video
clips available for you to enjoy - you have been warned!
May you have forever: Starry Skies!
