"Dear Anton, What a wonderful week. Many thanks to you for all
your hard work and the contribution you made to the Festival with
the 'Journey into Space', which the children thoroughly enjoyed.
On a personal note, thank you for being so supportive of our event..." Dianne Campbell, Project Manager, SciTec (Derby))
"Thanks Anton for such a lovely talk/question and answer

We have been delivering school astronomy shows since
1993 and know from the enquiring minds we meet how many
questions children have about space.
The ideas and concepts of what
goes on "out there" also
can inspire minds in so many different subjects such as
literacy and art in addition to the all important
science areas of the national curriculum.
After
a twelve-year grounding in astronomy teaching,
writing and presenting, founder Anton Vamplew worked at the
Royal Observatory Greenwich, London, for eight years. Here he
wrote and delivered planetarium shows and ran astronomy courses
for students of all ages.
He is also
a published author of two books designed to make easy
sense of the sky and how it all works: "Simple Stargazing"
(2005) and "Anton Vamplew's Stargazing Secrets" (2007),
both published by Collins.
Here are the our general school
